This next week my sister, her husband, their four year-old son, and her mother in-law travel to China to meet their newly adopted baby girl. They will return to their home in San Antonio after two weeks (about December 1st). Kim and I and the girls will fly to Lubbock in late December to visit my mom, and then we will all drive to San Antonio to meet baby Olivia. Very exciting! It's a wonderful act to adopt a child. I can't believe it's so arduous and expensive. |
