Decisions and discussion

ted suggests proposal to board about web editor position, and get some resources. perhaps a grad assistant. trey sent ted a sample proposal.

We will use drupal as the CMS. Wordpress is find for division blogs, but may be too confining for the aect site. For instance we need user accounts.

action items

Ted will send a proposal to AECT Executive proposing Web Editor position and grad assistant to help.

larry will

• get the remaining listservs off members.org

• recruit page developers to plug in AECT content on AECTNOW
• look for good drupal themes, then change the menu structure.

nate will move divisions off members.org and send out instructions on how to post to their new wordpress sites, or FPT sites. each division has a folder that they can use for whatever software/pages they prefer.
