A-Identifies the Audience(Learner) that the objective is wrtitten for.

B-Refers to the Behavior (verb) that describes what the audience will be able to do after the instruction. This needs to be measurable and observable.

C -Refers to the Conditions (circumstances) under which the objectives must be completed such as what will be used by the audience (i.e. calculator, textbook, notes,etc...)

D-The Degree(standard or level) the learner must achieve to reach acceptable performance.
