-Mary Beth:
I think your definition was very informative and showed how IDT incorporates many learning theories. I would never guess that you weren't in the field! I think you would be a great addition to the world of IDT.
Renita

-Mary Beth:
I like how you incorporated learning theories into your visual definition. Being knowledgeable in the IDT learning theories gives you a big advantage to knowing the field.

Renita: I do not have anything negative to say about your definition. I agree with it and I liked how you put it in simple words that someone like me (a person who knows nothing about IDT) can understand. I do not think anything needs to be changed because this project was about creativity. I loved the tool box idea...very visually stimulating!
- Mary Beth

Renita: I liked your tool box idea and how all of the tools represent an integral part of IDT.

Smita's comments

Smita:
I know that he wanted us to find something that we might change, but I felt as though everyone created a wonderful definition that explained the field in their own unique way. I do feel that the point that you mentioned about change was very important because the times the we are living are ever changing.
-Renita

Smita: I loved how you brought up that change is the law of life because it's so true. If you think about every field's definition, they probably have several definitions too so IDT is not alone in the ever changing definition of what it truly is. I think it was so interesting you wrote about it coming from Education. It made me think more about that idea and I have to somewhat agree with you. I also like the research-validated part because the most useful instruction has been evaluated by research. Great job!

DePaula,

I loved your definition and visual aspect of your definition as well. I loved the visual with all the words describing what IDT means to you. I also liked how you explained how IDT can be a science, discipline, and reality and explained why they could be these three things. I agree with you that IDT is its own field and that it will always be around somehow, it just might not have the same definition as it does now.
