  • Dr. Martindale showed us his personal information manager, using the wiki. He used a format from pmwiki to design his personal wiki page.
  • Google spreadsheet - Go to google and click on more. Go to documents. You may have to sign up for a new account. It's free.
  • http://del.icio.us/martindale - delicious allows us to bookmark sites of interest. Other people can read this and know what you find interesting. This is social bookmarking. You can mark things as private. We signed up for our own del.icio.us accounts. It includes RSS feeds.

  1. Blogging is personal publishing. It is an on-line journal of sorts. Blogs can be public or private.

  • Dr. Martindale put a link to UsingRSS on our class page. Here we find in question/answer format several links to articles and videos. We need to explore this and be prepared to answer questions about this information for our quiz on Tuesday.
